Website Design FAQ

Q: I want a new website but I do not want to end up with paying a fortune for it.

A: You will not be asked to pay any money until you are 100% happy with the initial draft. We believe our design prices are very sensible. For us it is very important that not only we impress you with our work but also we exceed beyond your expectations too. You can always contact our previous clients to check whether they were happy with our work and the service.

 

Q: Why should I choose you while there are cheaper quotes out there?

A: Because we will make your site stand out from the crowd  by its distinctive look-and-feel , creative design, good content and usability. Besides our service is first class and our website design options come with extra benefits. With every design option you will get one year free web hosting and web maintenance as well as free technical support. It will save you a lot of money and this is why we do believe you will get the best value for money.

 

Q: My website is already being hosted with another company, how can I switch it over to your hosting service?

A: Please contact us with your enquiry, we will take care of everything for you.

 

Q: How long does it take to design a website?

A: On average 3-5 weeks (up to 10 pages). Once the initial draft is approved by you, the speed of design is usually affected by waiting for content ( text, images etc) to be sent us.

 

Q: When will you pay us?

A: Once agreed with you, we’ll begin work on your website without receipt of a deposit. However we’ll require 50% payment upon overall approval of the initial draft of your site (home page). The final 50% payment is to be made on completion of the website. The website will be published once remaining balance is paid in full. 

 

Q:  What if you would like to edit/delete existing content yourself?

A: No problem at all. We can design a password-protected web page (CMS) which allows you to update existing content (products, photos, testimonials etc.) with only a few clicks. The cost of writing a custom CMS starts from £150 (highly competitive price). However if your site requires occasional updates, you don’t really need a CMS because with our standard maintenance plan we’ll take care of it for you.

 

 Q: Do we have any references?

A: Yes, of course. Don’t just take our word, please visit our website to check our recent work and see what our customers say about us. Please feel free to contact our clients if you need to find out more about us and the service we provided.

 

 Q: What if you didn’t like our website design and decided not to go ahead?

A: We certainly do not wish that you would be the first customer to do that. However for any reason if you would like not to go ahead, it’s absolutely fine. Please remember, if you make this decision after the approval of home page design, we will not be required to make any refund to you or give credit for any uncompleted element of the design services.

 

 Q: What other services do we offer?

A: We also provide a full range of desktop PC computer repair, server repair and laptop repair services in Surrey and surrounding areas. We offer a complete range of IT services, from same day onsite PC repairs to comprehensive PC maintenance services with no call out fee. Our professional PC repair services include all hardware and software problems, network and cable issues.  Our standard service fee for up to one hour is only £40 or £60 if it’s between 1-3hrs (software and parts not included).
